Shipping & handling
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be ex warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. Unless otherwise agreed, the purchase price is due immediately with the order (cash in advance). The customer can pay the purchase price by instant bank transfer, by credit card or by PayPal.
We deliver to almost every country in the world. Excluded are: Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Syria and Yemen Arab Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, Johnston Atoll, Kiribati, Korea North, Mayotte, Nauru, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, São Tomé and Príncipe, Somalia, Sudan, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tuvalu, Tajikistan and Wake.

- The prices stated in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including VAT of the respective country of the EU.
- In addition to the specified product prices, we charge for delivery
- We deliver books to EU countries with DHL and jewelry with Fedex express courier service.
- The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
- The shipping costs depend on the weight of each item and the shipping to the different countries, the jewelry shipping is done exclusively with the express courier Fedex.
For NON-EU countries applies:
- The browser of the store recognizes the country from which you order.
- The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices, this final price is lower than the final price of EU countries, because it does not include levies of customs duties and import tax.
- The seller Sunce e.V. commissions the courier service Fedex with the delivery to the respective NON EU countries. The latter handles the delivery with the customs authority.
- After delivery, the buyer will receive a separate invoice from the company Fedex Express for the handling of duties such as customs and import tax.
- The amount of customs and import tax is different in each country, binding information can be obtained by the buyer from his respective customs authority.
- The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they can be called up via the link “Shipping costs”. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
