The inner life of many people, their soul, is trapped in an almost impenetrable shell, a cocoon or a net, formed by the energy of a multitude of negative thoughts and feelings, inner conflicts and an overload of unnecessary information. Thus, man is separated from himself in his consciousness and remains impressionable and can be easily deceived. He lacks the ability to distinguish the good from the bad, the building up from the breaking down, the positive from the negative. The soul has this ability, but the mind is limited. This is an important cause of the misfortunes in the personal life and for the unfortunate situation in the whole world.
The existence of the soul as a separate consciousness and independent of the body is still foreign to some people. It seems easier to believe that the soul, mental sensations are only part of the body, an expression of special abilities and properties of the brain and nerves that communicate through electrical impulses, hormones and specially built proteins. The body is visible and so real to the external senses, the soul is invisible and so seems unreal. The soul is only perceptible in its qualities through feeling.
