The symbol of the 13-rayed sun —
a symbol of great meaning
For some people, the symbol of the 13-rayed sun is much more than a beautiful piece of jewelry made of gold. They see in this symbol a connection to what Braco shares through his gaze. The sun symbol already marked the work of Braco's predecessor and teacher Ivica Prokić.
Ivica Prokić had found it intuitively and printed it on all his books. Braco was the first to have this symbol made as a piece of jewelry from 14 carat gold. He gave it to Ivica out of gratitude. Shortly after, Ivica gave Braco back an identical sun pendant. Later, all members of their team received a sun symbol as a pendant. Today, everyone can wear the symbol of the 13-rayed sun as a piece of jewelry.
The symbol of the sun can be found in many great cultures in the past, as the sun is obviously the giver and guarantor of all life on our earth. However, the symbol of the sun, which accompanies the work of Braco and is supposed to be a visible expression of that which helps people through its gaze, shows very specific characteristics. It is a sun with 13 rays. People who wear it often describe a feeling of being protected, a stronger connection with themselves and with the inner power.
It is the strongest symbol I have seen so far (Plečko).
The well-known Croatian borderline scientist Drago Plečko saw in this symbol the expression of the union of the day-consciousness of man with his unconscious, the union of the unknown self in man with his known self. Drago Plečko, before meeting Braco in 2007, traveled around the Earth for over 30 years and met many important spiritual people from the East and West. For him, the symbol of the 13-rayed sun, is the most powerful symbol he had seen in the 3 decades of his travels. He writes in his book “Mysterium Braco 3”:
“Symbols that work must have a special meaning to unite in human consciousness all those contradictions and inconsistencies that accompany man until the end of his life. Such a concept (...) has always been called the ‘son of the Sun and the Moon’ or the harmony of Yin and Yang. The Sun is clearly symbolized by its physical appearance and the Moon by the number of rays – 13, which, as we already noted, represent the 13 months of the lunar year, that is, the energy of the Moon, which, according to some schools of thought, reflect the processes that take place in the unconscious part of our personality. It is impressive how Ivica Prokić, Braco's predecessor, a simple-minded person, through intuition created such a strong symbol of something that the brightest minds of 20th century psychoanalysis argue about. The affection of many people for this very symbol testifies to its archetypal power.”
“The symbol, the sun with the thirteen rays, is not the symbol of the sun in the sky, but of the sun inside us, which should illuminate your life from within and bring you joy and happiness, whether you are in a Rolls Royce or in an old crate, whether you look to the future with hope or with fear.”
